Welcome

Welcome to my photoblog. I try to keep it updated daily with a new photo from either my personal or professional life. It is not intended to be taken as my professional portfolio (please visit the main website for that), but instead it is more of an informal and fun way for me to share some of my personality and creativity with you. Many of the photos on my blog are available for purchase as fine art prints, please visit the main website and/or contact me if you are interested. Enjoy!

  1. Man, I wish I could take shots like this from my backyard. To much light though. Looks good.

    1. Hey Arron.
Thanks for the comment. Trust me, there was way too much light in my backyard as well! This shot required quite a lot of tinkering to the RAW file to get the colour cast somewhat more reasonable, and to try and drop the background light without affecting the star trails.
For a first try at shooting star trails, I thought it turned out somewhat OK. Next time I think I'll drive outside the city to get away from the light pollution.
      Cheers!
